Refund policy

UNIVERSITIES FOREVER RETURN POLICY

Regular-priced items in original packaging may be returned in-store for a full refund within 14 days or exchanged within 30 days. Items returned online may be returned within 14 days of delivery, but the customer must provide return shipping and is subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless the item received is defective. 

Sale items are not eligible for a full refund and are only eligible for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges must be made in-store, unless the item you received via mail has an issue. You must have proof of purchase (i.e., a receipt) for us to issue a return or exchange.

Jerseys, memorabilia, customized items, clearance items, and gift certificates are final sale.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or text notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, based on the condition of the item received.

If your return is approved, then we will process a refund, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 days. Please keep in mind that items returned via mail are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend that you first check your bank account transactions before contacting your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only fully replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to an incorrect size, you must visit us in-store or send us an email at foreverschoolgear@gmail.com within 30 days. For shipping, you will need to mail your item back to us at 527 Lakeland Plaza Cumming, GA, 30040.

Shipping Policy

  • We offer flat-rate shipping for standard orders at $9.99.

  • For heavy-duty items, please select a shipping fee of $19.99.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (fill in your typical handling time).

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers may return products by creating their own shipping label and sending the item back to us.

  • Exchanges (different size or product) require the customer to pay for shipping again.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Non-returnable items are denoted in our return policy, e.g., players' jerseys, memorabilia, personalized items, clearance, etc.

Shipping Delays & Damages

  • All shipments are insured. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (foreverschoolgear@gmail.com / 770-625-0133) so we can file a claim and assist you.
